My role involves leading multidisciplinary research initiatives, designing and supervising laboratory skill development programs, and providing scientific mentoring to students and trainees. I coordinate training modules and workshops focused on CSIR-NET/JRF, DBT-BET/JRF, ICMR, GATE, CUET-PG, IIT-JAM, GAT-B, and other competitive Life Sciences exams, preparing participants for academic and professional success. Additionally, I manage administrative operations and develop academic partnerships through MoUs with leading institutions, enhancing student exposure to industry-relevant techniques and fostering a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
