As a Senior UI/UX Designer at PropVIVO, a modern SaaS platform revolutionizing HOA (Homeowners Association) and Property Management, I lead the design initiatives for multiple B2B and B2C applications aimed at simplifying operational workflows and enhancing customer experience.My core responsibility is to bridge user needs with business goals by creating intuitive, scalable, and accessible designs across the platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders, I ensure every feature is strategically planned and user-validated before implementation.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & UX Architecture:Partner with product and engineering teams to define user-centric product strategies. Translate complex business requirements into clear user flows, IA, and journey maps for personas like Homeowners, Board Members, Property Managers, and Vendors.End-to-End Design Execution:Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for features such as Onboarding Workflows, Service Request, Dashboards, Financial Tools, Communication Portals, and Role-Based Permission Systems.User Research & Testing:Conduct stakeholder interviews, task analysis, and usability testing to validate concepts and optimize feature adoption. Create personas, empathy maps, and research reports that feed into design iterations.Design Systems & Consistency:Maintain and scale a modular design system in Figma to ensure UI consistency across multiple product modules. Standardize components, states, and interaction patterns for better developer handoff.Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor junior designers and collaborate with developers using Agile/Scrum methodology. Act as a design advocate during sprint planning and review sessions to ensure usability is never compromised.Data-Driven Design:Analyze product usage data to identify UX gaps, suggest optimizations, and measure design impact through user KPIs.
