Designed and implemented key features for a cloud-based web application, Intel Assessment tool that enabled seamless assessment and evaluation process of 350+ Evo certified PC designs from OEMs such as Dell, HP, Lenovo; used NodeJS, AngularJS and a wide array of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM and Lambda. Integrated cross-team components to the Assessment Tool to ensure a cohesive system and to support Spec Versions and Scoring Engine for more than three generations of Intel CPU families. Led exploratory data analysis on customer data within Evo portal, providing critical insights to Evo Program Office. Proposed strategic plans for the development of a visualization portal leveraging Power BI/other platforms. Researched WMI’s impact on system power/performance and implemented WMI widget into Battery Life Diagnostics Tool (BLDT), empowering thousands of users and IT managers with actionable insights for optimizing efficiency and improving battery life. Initiated data-driven approach for tool test run data collection and designed a cloud-based platform for clean data governance and harvesting critical tool data. Researched and developed Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms to analyze and recommend relevant area experts for incoming customer sightings by clustering existing sightings data using pre-trained language models. Supervised research engagement with Oregon State University team on AI-based optimization of power, performance, and battery life using telemetry. Evaluated the models and directed results to Intel\'s Evo program.
