Also, update it annually with updating of guidelines· Identifying and taking appropriate action to control the outbreak of infection· Reporting each month to Senior Management on the status of infection control in each location PAN India - issues, resolution, etc. · Playing a role model and use advanced expertise to advise and discipline of staff on appropriate care for all patients and families and also act as a specialist advisor to all staff at the centres on issues related to infection prevention and control.· Initiating activities and conduct sessions to ensure that procedures are reinforced, and all new staff and parents are informed.· Implementing the resources provides by organization for prevention and control of infection· Coordinating with all centre heads to plan and implement training program in their respective centres· Planning, organising and coordinating audit and monitoring of centres to ensure the infection prevention and control practices.· Liaising with the hospitals as needed to collaborate on infection control issues- chickenpox, MDRO etc.· Preparing necessary reports on weekly and monthly basis· Overseeing all the Infection control activities for all the centres across locations PAN India and work closely with the CO team.Informing and educating centre staff, parents, and HK of the value, need, and method of maintaining at the Centres
