My journey began with a solid foundation in computer science, which has paved the way for my current pursuit of a master’s degree in cybersecurity at Rowan University. This path has not only deepened my technical skills but also ignited my passion for protecting digital spaces During my undergraduate studies at Presidency University Bangalore, I had the opportunity to work on an impactful final year project assigned by Capgemini. Collaborating with my peers, we developed an application using React.js, HTML, and CSS. Our goal was clear: to create a seamless user experience while ensuring robust data security. This hands-on experience taught me how critical it is to balance functionality with security—a lesson that resonates deeply as I move forward in this field. I’m proud to have earned my CompTIA Security+ certification, which has equipped me with essential knowledge about risk management and network security principles. This certification is just the beginning; I’m eager to learn more and apply my skills in real-world scenarios where they can make a difference. Outside of academics and projects, I enjoy engaging with the tech community through workshops and seminars.
