About Deepika Thirumoorthy
I am a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Plant Pathology, focusing on the management of ground stem rot using biocontrol agents and organic amendments for sustainable disease control.Currently, I serve as a Project Fellow working on the project “Bio-efficacy and Phytotoxicity Studies of Cymoxanil 50% WP (Itwin) on Potato,” gaining hands-on experience in field trials and fungicide evaluation.I have qualified ASRB-NET in Plant Pathology and have a keen interest in biological control, IDM, pathogen–host interactions and eco-friendly crop protection strategies. I aim to bridge research and practical applications for sustainable agriculture.
