About Deepika Saini

I am a self-driven researcher with a keen interest in exploring exciting applications at the cross roads of multiple scientific disciplines. In my current role, I develop vision-based systems, using traditional computer vision and machine learning tools, to drive product development and quality control. I have 7+ years of experience in scientific and engineering fields, working extensively in image recognition techniques, data analysis, characterization techniques, materials synthesis, and spectroscopic/microscopic analysis. I have designed and fabricated semiconductor based small-scaled sensors and detectors (MEMS/NEMS), energy storage devices, image analysis based detection systems, self-assembly electronics, and have implemented instrumentation testing and development.
