I am a Biochemistry postgraduate with strong practical experience in cell-based assays, molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and analytical techniques. I have worked in both academic research laboratories and biotech R&D settings, gaining exposure to GLP practices, sterile techniques, and structured experimental workflows.My hands-on experience includes mammalian cell culture, bioassays (MTT, nitric oxide, cell viability assays), PBMC isolation, flow cytometry, protein expression workflows, and chromatography-based purification. I have also worked with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, and ICP-MS for sample preparation and analysis. I am motivated by research that has real-world biomedical impact and enjoy problem-solving in collaborative, fast-paced laboratory environments.
