I have been working as a Project manager for Multiple Customers across Central America for Chicago Division. I’ve handled various Implementation Projects for all EMC Products. These Projects include complex Storage Solutions to all the customers and also setting up some storage solutions to Customers Data Centers.• Implementation of EMC Products at various customer locations within US Central Division.• Work with the customers and partners to ensure the timely delivery of Projects.• Engage appropriate Stakeholders from cross-functional team for Project deliverables.• Worked with the customers and EMC internal teams to identify areas of risk/opportunities and implement continuous improvements.• Ensure that the Implementations adhere to the SOW provided by EMC to the customers.• Worked with the technical teams to analyze and understand the Customer infrastructure and provide the best possible solutions to meet the customer expectations.• Develop weekly/monthly and Quarterly Status reports, Forecast reports and project/program roadmaps.• Manage communication and coordination of cross-functional teams within EMC and with partners.• Prepare all the Project documentation at all levels of the Implementation for reviews and sign-off’s.• Develop Project communications and ensure communication of project/program initiatives, messages and status to appropriate stakeholders/project teams.
