My role bridges operational efficiency with leadership engagement, ensuring optimal utilization and proactive staffing decisions across service lines.Key Responsibilities-Serve as the single point of contact for internal resourcing needs—managing demand intake, staff availability, and deployment across regions-Lead weekly forecasting and FTE planning using tools like Retain and internal trackers, incorporating pipeline insights and sector intelligence-Represent the resourcing function in sector leadership calls, presenting real-time data on pipeline, staff availability, utilisation trends, and capacity across Partner and Director levels-Drive utilisation strategy by identifying outliers, conducting wellbeing check-ins, and collaborating with counsellors to implement corrective actions-Oversee critical resourcing infrastructure including the Resourcing Tracker, Team Map, and sector packs, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates-Conduct RvA variance analysis, timesheet reviews, and MERA compliance checks to support audit readiness and operational transparency-Host weekly prioritization and sector meetings, aligning deployment strategy with business goals and project timelines-Contribute to DE & I initiatives by preparing and presenting diversity metrics and insights to strategy stakeholders.
