I do everything product managers don’t have time to do and somehow, everything they can’t do without. From keeping data clean and flowing to making sure collaboration doesn’t become chaos and I also help bring structure to new product additions.I’m the behind-the-scenes operator who makes the front-stage vision possible. Call it product operations, call it strategy execution, call it “can you just quickly check this deck” either way, I bridge the gap between big ideas and actual delivery. I streamline workflows, squash bottlenecks, and build systems that help product managers stay focused on what really matters. Outside of that, I serve as the Marketing and communicates Chair at NGACT, where I focus on DEI initiatives and supporting early-career professionals. I also run an internal blog featuring off-the-record-style leadership convos (think deep TED Talk energy, minus the awkward podiums).
