About Deepesh Menon

I am an Embedded Systems Engineer working in the field of safety critical Avionics software design and development with more than 15+ years of experience. My work, focus on heterogeneous SoCs, design and development of SW optimized for underlying SoC architectures. I also work on various other areas including, but not limited to, virtualization, improvising embedded system security, digital twins etc. Exploring how various heterogenous cores function independently and how they interconnect, how their memory and peripherals are structured, are all part of it. This know-how is hence leveraged in the design for architecturally optimized software. The design and development of hypervisors, HWRoT secure boot flows is a core theme in my work, strengthening the security posture of embedded platforms—using isolation, robust boot chains and high-fidelity virtual prototypes that can be exercised long before hardware is frozen.
