Preparation of nominal site ID, tool ID, planned height, tilt, orientation etc. Traffic generation. Deciding Antenna Type, Height, Orientation, Tilt etc. according to clutter. Planning of a Cell site on the basis of Prediction and Coverage plots generated by U-Net. Model tuning for various clutters and deriving K1,K2 values. Responsible for Delhi NCR Market for maintaining Traffic balancing between layers(3 carrier), Accessibility, retainability, Mobility KPI\'s as per agreed target. Neighbor audit, parameter audit periodically. Undertake Network and Capacity Parameter optimization preceded by Traffic analysis with network configuration and consistency checks. Recommendation feature and Trial to local team for improvement of Network KPI. In depth traffic trend analysis, HW Performance, OSS Statistical Data Analysis, Configuration and Consistency Checks, KPI Trend analysis and Action Plan recommendation and implementation for Network improvement.
