Administer a portfolio of ~$15 million covering applications in DW, mobile, web, data science, communication, workflow, and real-time processing space. Create measurable and trackable metrics, institute new processes, and reengineer existing processes to establish and continuously improve platform performance and operational efficiencies. • Designed messaging and API-based common publishing layer for downstream publication and usage of data by other applications and use cases. The platform currently processes 25+ million transactions/day, serves 30K+ API calls, publishes 15+ million downstream messages, and stores 100TB + data. • Led modernization and simplification strategy resulting in the retirement of 10 applications and migration of corresponding business functions to a new platform which saved ~$5 million in legacy component maintenance. • Drove the vision, consensus, and design of the central Data Fabric to ingest and process transactions and events in real-time from product processors, post-execution services, and workflow platforms to create the lifecycle of transactions and events covering Booking, Trades, Confirmations, Allocations, Settlements, Positions, Margins, Asset Servicing, and payments. • Conceptualized, designed, and rolled out a rule and ML-based payment anomaly detection and mitigation solution to detect potential loss events and reduce payment-related risks and operational losses. • Partnered with OPS, internal teams, and the clearing house to build and rollout a new platform to manage MBS trade allocation functions, To-Be allocated Trade to Pool matching, ID confirmation, and affirmation process. • Create budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.
