In my current role, I am responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration among various teams, including sales, business onboarding, and client/partner teams. My primary objective is to gather and analyze their requirements, meticulously assessing them based on the inputs received. I then refine the requirements to establish a clear scope, taking into account factors such as ROI, product debt, and priority. Utilizing this information, I proceed to design a solution that aligns with the determined scope. To ensure seamless execution of the solution, I collaborate closely with the development team, leveraging their expertise and support. Additionally, I conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in conjunction with the support team and clients\' POC. These activities enable me to validate the effectiveness and suitability of the solution, ensuring it meets the intended objectives. Overall, my role involves driving the entire lifecycle of a product, from requirement gathering and analysis to solution design, implementation, and validation, while fostering effective cross-team collaboration and communication
