About Deependu Sharma
I am a B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering student at USICT, GGSIPU, with a strong passion for semiconductor research, AI, IoT, and software development. My academic journey has been fueled by hands-on experience in hardware design, circuit simulation, and programming in C, C++, Python, and Java. Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to intern at Solid State Physics Laboratory, DRDO, where I worked on MOSFET design and characterization, analyzing C-V characteristics, interface state density (Dit), and semiconductor modeling using MATLAB. This experience deepened my understanding of semiconductor device physics and computational techniques for electrical characterization. Beyond academics, I am actively involved in hackathons, technical clubs, and graphic design, contributing to the Harita Society\'s graphics team. My leadership roles, including team lead at the USS Club, have honed my teamwork and organizational skills. I am always eager to explore new technologies, work on AI-driven applications, embedded systems, and VLSI design, and collaborate on innovative projects in semiconductors, IoT, and software development.
