With over 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, I lead the compensation strategy and programs for Amazon Entertainment, which includes some of the most well-known brands in the industry, such as Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Videos, and Audible. I am responsible for designing and implementing innovative and competitive solutions that attract, retain, and reward top talent across multiple geographies and business units.My core competencies include rewards programs, compensation structure design, employee benefits, global mobility, HR policies, and business partnership.
