Clinically, I understand the realities of the operating room. Technically, I understand how data, analytics, and AI tools are built. Operationally, I work at the intersection of both.Over the past several years, my work has expanded beyond the operating room into system-level strategy, partnering with executive leadership, operations, finance, supply chain, and IT to improve how surgical care is delivered at scale.
