As a passionate food technologist with a strong agricultural background, I hold a Master degree (M.Tech in Food Processing Technology) from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, where I conducted research on \"Whey protein fortified juice powder from Elephant apple fruit through foam-mat drying.\" This innovative project led to technology transfer to R2W Bio Solutions and Engineering Pvt Ltd, Guwahati. My professional experience includes an internship at Nestle India Limited\'s Quality Assurance Department, where I gained valuable skills in handling consumer complaints, conducting sensory evaluations, and managing projects such as \"Library Creation and Evaluation of Packaging Materials Used for Raw Materials.\" With a strong foundation in agriculture, I have successfully tested weed resistance and generated reports to enhance crop yields. Notably, I contributed to testing Phalaris minor weed resistance in wheat crops for over 120 farmers, providing expert recommendations on herbicide use to optimize yields and profitability. I am passionate about leveraging food technology to create innovative, safe, and nutritious food products that cater to diverse consumer needs, while promoting sustainable agricultural practices. My expertise in product development, quality control, and process optimization, combined with my agricultural knowledge, enables me to drive positive change in the food industry and contribute to the well-being of farming communities.
