He pursued his PGPM from MDI Gurgaon, majoring in Finance with a minor in Marketing. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering from SSBUICET, Chandigarh. He began his career as a consultant at PwC, where he collaborated with talented teams on diverse projects to achieve exceptional results for clients. Notably, he developed a comprehensive project execution and implementation roadmap for one of India\'s largest petrochemical companies. By analyzing market dynamics and client needs, he formulated a roadmap outlining investment sizes and key milestones, enabling effective execution of growth plans. This involved in-depth analyses, market research, and financial modeling, providing the client with a robust plan for enhanced competitiveness and long-term success. Furthermore, he contributed to expanding clients\' portfolios by preparing (RFPs) and conducting pre-feasibility studies to identify opportunities and assess financial viability, enabling data-driven decisions and pursuit of growth initiatives. During his time at BCG, he played a major role in uplifting the profit of a prominent Oil and Gas firm, amounting to over $110 million. He was instrumental in developing a robust sourcing framework and a playbook to manage margin risk effectively, ensuring sustainable profitability for the client. Additionally, he spearheaded the development of a pricing strategy and tool that resulted in generating more than $146 million in profits. By making timely pricing, volume, and sourcing trade-offs, he optimized the client\'s revenue generation potential. Furthermore, he had the privilege of devising a new strategic planning process for a leading gas transmission company in India. By focusing on organizational design, he created a roadmap for the client to streamline operations and maximize efficiency, enabling them to adapt to changing market dynamics effectively. Apart from strategy and operations, he actively engaged in initiatives related to ESG reporting. He led the effort to enhance ESG reporting readiness, ensuring the client\'s compliance with industry standards and identifying key areas for validating investor attractiveness. During his time at BCG, he also played a key role in reviewing portfolio strategies and activating new growth pillars, such as Green Hydrogen, Biogas, and Pipeline expansion. These initiatives aimed to accelerate sustainable growth for their clients, keeping them at the forefront of innovation and industry trends.
