   Automated Leave of Absence(LOA) & Status Sync via Workday Feed→ ComplianceWire (LOA > 5 days → account disabled; auto-reactivate on return). • Implemented Single Sign-on (SSO): for External ComplianceWire using Microsoft Azure AD and and validated login scenarios. • Created/Updated/Maintained Org Structures: as per the business requirements. • Executed Vendor Releases: 2022R1 till 2025R1 – involves impact analysis(Low/Medium/High), enhancement testing and business requirements in Sandbox before moving to Production via a Change Request. • Implemented Custom Fields via Workday Feed: job title updates, field renaming/creation, introduction of new location for mapping and assignments. • Performed Bulk Operations: performed user migration via feed, multiple training/completion imports. • Strengthened Governance: Introduced Security Role Harmonization by creating new roles for better compliance control. • Veeva Vault to ComplianceWire integration: led a challenging integration as per the business request for creation/revision/up-version of trainable documents flow from DMS -> ComplianceWire. • Introduced/Improvised RPA(Robotic Process Automation): for manual users creation, enable/disable users, adding users to user groups(audience) and curriculums. The RPA also monitor the users completions in order to grant access to other systems. • Vendor Management: primary POC with vendor to discuss issues, new/upcoming projects and keep an eye on user licenses. • Process Champion: for high priority tickets(P1).
