Calculation of correct income & asset (paystubs, W2, Income tax returns, Credit report and bank statements).• Good knowledge about US Mortgage (FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac guidelines).• Good knowledge of Judgments and Liens, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Refinance, Cash to Close, Appraisal Report and Title Commitment.• Calculation of Income (wage earner, retirement, self-employed). Calculation – DTI ratio, LTV, CLTV.• Having good knowledge of 4 C’s (Capacity, Credit, Cash, Collateral). • Good knowledge of mortgage documents such as Flood Policy, HOI, HOA, HO6, Flood calculator, 1003, 1004,1075, 1073.• Making borrower’s needs easier and more comfortable by helping him/her to submit correct documents.• Thorough understanding of the US Mortgage Process and related docs.• Conducting training with the team members who are in production.• Reviewing process guidelines and providing insight/updates/changes to the team.• Conducting daily huddles that covers the findings from quality team and the updates received from the onshore team/client.• Regular engagement with onshore and offshore team.• Manage the accuracy and quality of work performed by the team members and responsible for their performance and ratings.
