I am thrilled to share my recent experiences as I pursue my MBA journey at IIM Raipur. My background in Mechanical Engineering coupled with my 5-year tenure at Bank of Baroda as a Business Associate has equipped me with a diverse skill set. I successfully led an 8-member team, achieving the activation of 95+ mobile banking apps and securing the 1st place among urban branches in 2022. My contributions also extended to guiding a 5-member team in activating accounts under government schemes and devising effective strategies to achieve branch goals in close collaboration with the branch manager. My focus on cross-selling and upselling initiatives resulted in improved customer relations and increased adoption of bank products, ultimately elevating customer satisfaction and maximizing profits through BC collaboration while reducing FI pendency.In my most recent endeavor, a 2-month summer internship with a renowned FMCG company, Way Cool, I delved into tech-based innovation within electronic product development (EPD). My work focused on addressing consumer pain points, and I conducted digital app-based testing on SKUs of pulses (dals), driving product differentiation in the market. I also conducted in-depth competitor analysis, assessing Reasons to Believe (RTBs), tech mentions, and differentiation to strategically position our products. By evaluating primary and secondary research data, I delivered crucial insights to optimize marketing strategies.I\'m eager to continue learning and growing, leveraging this diverse background to make impactful contributions in the business world.
