ABOUT DEEPANSHI GARG

As a Senior Consultant in Technology Risk, Data Analyst, and Programmer, I am committed to driving excellence in project management, technology implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m passionate about coaching, delivering results, and take pride in fostering high-performing teams and dynamic work cultures. My technical journey began with a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science Engineering, where I discovered the boundless potential of technology. The constant evolution and endless opportunities for innovation sparked a deep curiosity that continues to drive me today. After graduating, I joined Ernst & Young as a Technology Risk Consultant. This role was the perfect fit—it allowed me to explore and assess a wide array of technologies and applications, not only from an operational perspective but also through the lens of risk. I quickly realized how heavily the world relies on automation and technology, often without fully considering the risks and vulnerabilities these systems carry. This experience ignited my interest in data. I recognized the immense power of accurate, well-structured data in driving informed decisions. That led me to pursue a postgraduate degree in Business and Data Analytics, where I learned to manipulate and interpret data to extract actionable insights and solve complex problems. Following this, I returned to EY as a Senior Consultant, where I’ve spent the last two years thriving in a role that combines my interests in technology, data, and leadership. I’ve led projects, built strong client relationships across sectors, managed stakeholder expectations, and mentored junior team members—all while working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Now, I’m eager to leverage this experience to further enhance the use of technology and data in driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
