Own end-to-end application processing: review, validate, and process visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and SOP compliance. • Lead the customer journey across walk-ins, email, and phone—handling complex queries, setting expectations, and ensuring timely outcomes in line with TAT/SLA. • Drive issue resolution and escalations: manage complaints professionally, document actions clearly, and coordinate with stakeholders to close cases efficiently. • Ensure operational control and traceability for passports/documents by coordinating dispatch/receipt/return with internal teams, consulate stakeholders, and logistics partners. • Maintain audit-ready records through high-quality data entry, daily checks, and system updates, ensuring confidentiality and process integrity. • Support centre performance by contributing to daily productivity/quality monitoring, reporting support, and continuous improvements (WB initiatives). • Deliver Value Added Services (VAS) with a consultative approach while protecting service quality and compliance requirements. • Manage finance operations using SAP Finance (SAP FI): process and record payments/financial entries, support daily financial tasks, and ensure accurate documentation for finance-related activities. • Use Salesforce to manage customer cases, track follow-ups, and maintain clear communication history for fast and accountable resolution. • Use internal IT ticketing software to raise/track system issues, coordinate fixes with IT, and minimize operational downtime. • Maintain strict adherence to EHS and information security standards and support responsible use of resources.
