I have over 15+ years’ experience in raising over USD 5 Billion in funds (both equity & debt) from various financial institutions and banks for Real Estate and Infrastructure Projects. My expertise lies in the structuring and obtaining financing from variety of sources and ensuring project cash flows and business needs are met.In addition to Fund raising, I have been involved in Land Acquisitions, Investor Relations & REIT Listing (IPO). I have managed the entire real estate asset life cycle, from land acquisition to development, asset stabilization, and investment exit. Additionally, I have managed project P&L, conducted Sales/Leasing Review and overseen Project Construction Budget and Timelines.I have worked extensively with prominent institutional investors, such as GIC Singapore, Mitsui Fudosan, Barings Private Equity (BPE), Sovereign Wealth Fund of Qatar (QIA), Allianz Real Estate, CPPIB, Brookfield, The Ascott Ltd and Sobha Realty in the UAE.
