About Deepali Rao
I take care of product for Target\'s marketplace. We span across partner acquisition & onboarding to running their business, delivering an expanded and curated assortment for Target\'s customers. Our ambit is to deliver growth by improving our assortment, growing Variable Profit, and reducing expenses. We build accelerated roadmaps - acting as a startup within Target. A passion of mine is to help grow other women in product: I co-lead the Women in Product for Target in India, to support and serve all women in product.In my personal life, I\'m passionate about reading, travel and adventure - I\'ve scuba dived off the Great Barrier Reef, gone hang-gliding in Interlakken, Switzerland, and snorkelled in the Maldives, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Andamans and more. I\'ve been told I bring this enthusiasm and passion to my projects at work too.
