I’ve always believed that buildings aren’t just structures, they shape the way we live, work, and connect. With over 18 years of experience as an architect turned ESG and sustainability professional, I now lead the sustainability journey at Godrej Properties Ltd, ensuring that every project we create is designed with both people and the planet in mind.My work spans Net Zero pathways, ESG assessments, green building certifications, and global reporting standards. But at its heart, what I really do is help organizations reimagine what’s possible, turning sustainability from a checklist into a source of long-term value, resilience, and pride.What I enjoy most is working across teams, aligning leaders, architects, engineers, and partners to bring sustainable thinking into everyday decisions. From luxury homes to mixed-use townships, I’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful design and strategy can lower footprints while elevating experiences.Outside of work, I’m a mom to a curious little boy who already knows why we switch off the lights when leaving a room and why trees matter. Teaching him to care for the environment has become a daily reminder of why this work is so personal for me.
