About Deepakshi Goyal

Curious by nature, I thrive on exploring people, ideas, shaping the way I approach learning and growth. I started my career alongside my graduation in B.Com (Hons.), not with a big plan but with a simple ‘yes’ to an opportunity. What began as a way to support a friend soon turned into a passion — the independence, the learning and the joy of contributing to a workplace gave me a sense of direction.Since then, I’ve explored multiple roles — from customer service with TaskUs, Teleperformance and Cogent, to working as an HR Administrator at Amazon. Each role taught me something new: communication, adaptability, problem-solving, patience and most importantly, the value of human connection. These experiences built the foundation for my MBA at Chitkara Business School and my aspiration to grow as an HR professional.But beyond titles and roles, I’m also a baker - it keeps me grounded and creative. Baking has taught me patience, precision and the ability to balance structure with creativity — qualities I carry into my professional life too.Today, I’m combining my corporate experiences, academic learning and personal passions to build a stronger foundation in Human Resources. Curiosity has taken me from classrooms to corporates to kitchens — and now it fuels my journey to grow as an HR professional.
