I update the project progress by applying concepts of earned value management, monitor actual progress, compare the updates with the baseline and report the progress to the client on a bi-weekly basis • I review project contract and ensure that all the contract conditions (invoicing, reporting and all related issues) are applied and fulfilled when setting up the project within Bantrel’s Project Controls System. • I develop various project controls reports as per client standards (Bar Charts, S-curves etc.). • I review and analyze the project controls reports (Bi-weekly and Monthly: Progress and Cost reports) with Project Controls lead and Project Management Team and suggest corrective actions to maintain expected performance factors(SPI and CPI) and productivity. • I develop and update project schedule in Primavera P6, monitor progress and compare the updates to the baseline with the Project Engineer for EPC Projects. • I prepare and update project cash flows as required throughout the project life cycle.
