Key Responsibilities: A key Technical Leader with a critical responsibility to develop AI/ML solutions for CloudIQ product and PowerEdge Products. To build cutting-edge Cyber Security & AI solutions to detect cyber attacks, hardware failures & remediations to protect & safeguard critical Datacenter Infrastructure. Major Accomplishment: • I developed the ML solutions to predict the Hard Disk failures and RAM memory failures. • I developed an AI/ML solution to proactively detect hardware/software failures & remediation for data center Infrastructure. AIOPs capability prototype was developed to self-diagnose and self-heal the Data Center Infrastructure Issues using patented AI/ML algorithms & Robotic Process Automation. The solution helped to demonstrate the Industry\'s move towards autonomous, self-driving & self-Healing Datacenter Infrastructure. • I am the AIOPs Patent committee chair leading a team of distinguished engineers to review patents. • I have won many global AI/ML competitions in Data Center Infrastructure Solutions. Major Impact: • USPTO granted me many patents in Cyber Security, AI/ML algorithms, Hard disks, Supply Chain, Data Storage, Infrastructure as a service, etc. Dell\'s products have implemented these patents through CloudIQ. For example, one of my inventions related to hard disks to detect failures using sound sensors and Deep Learning has a significant Industry Impact on reducing the rate of hard disk failures. • CloudIQ product helped Dell become a market leader in data center storage & server products segments, increasing both market share & revenue for Dell. • Through the usage of CloudIQ products available on the web, Android & iOS stores, Major Cloud providers such as Amazon, Microsoft & Google, and many others were able to manage & run their data centers better to safeguard against Cyber Security threats.
