Greetings! I\'m Deepak, an expert in wellness, healing, yoga, and meditation. With a global reach, I have had the privilege of being invited to countries like Cambodia, South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania, where I have made a profound impact on individuals\' lives by helping them release stress through yoga meditation and offering alternate healing therapies such as craniosacral therapy and rakkenho therapy. A distinguished alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur (NITD), my journey has been marked by excellence in academics and active participation in extracurricular activities. Having worked in reputable organizations like HP and Wipro Technologies, I have gained a wealth of experience across various roles, consistently demonstrating my commitment to employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. I am proud to have received appreciation certificates for my contributions in these areas. Driven by a deep sense of gratitude, I feel incredibly fortunate to have His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankar as my guru. Inspired by his vision for a stress-free and violence-free world, I have transformed into a wellness coach and meditation trainer. Today, I conduct empowering workshops for The Art of Living, equipping individuals with invaluable tools to lead excellent lives both personally and professionally. Participants in my workshops experience reduced stress, anxiety, improved energy levels, enhanced confidence, and effortlessly balanced work-life harmony. In addition to my professional endeavors, I have taken on leadership roles as the Country Coordinator for The Art of Living Cambodia and a Board member of the Indian Chambers-Cambodia. Through these positions, I have actively contributed to community building and the promotion of well-being.
