Operating in stealth mode, building AI-native products from Zero to One to test and showcase my skills for new opportunities and tiny steps towards my long term vision. I am currently acting as the Solo Product Architect, bridging the gap between design, code, and business strategy to build automated SaaS solutions.As part of January, I had build a web app called \"Next Door\" a communication hub for the Interchange community to connect and hang out- The Problem: Upon moving to Stockport, I noticed a disconnect: 200+ residents living in the same building, yet strangers to one another. I saw an opportunity to use technology to break the ice and foster a real community spirit- The Execution (AI-Powered Workflow): Acting as a solopreneur, I utilized an AI-first approach to build a full-stack application in <15 days- The Outcome: A fully functional Minimal Marketable Product (MMP) launched in production. The app allows residents to connect, organize events, and \"hang out\" digitally before meeting physically.A detailed case study is under construction with tech stack and complete pipeline.Access Note: As this product is currently live exclusively for the Interchange residential community, I cannot share the public link just yet.
