Processing end to end payroll into the application & review for ensuring the outputs are accurate as per process as payroll is not outsourced & managed completely in-house.> During usage of the application, in case any issue is identified, take it up with Vendor for the process improvement & ensure for closure to bring efficiency in the process. Work towards implementing new features in the payroll engine software.> Do governance checks before finalization of Reports by preparing Quality Checklist template and ensure that statutory compliances are in accordance of state legislations & Tax Variance.> Ensuring Bank files are checked & uploaded as per Salary credit date & ensuring any vendor payments are processed.> Involved in Monthly New joiner Induction sessions & Employee orientation / connect sessions with internal employee’s location wise by giving online presentations / trainings to explain the services of finance division & resolve queries that may arise during the session. Also taking care of helpdesk tickets to ensure that employee queries are resolved within defined TAT.> Co-ordinate with Internal / external customers to support Audits during the financial year.> Ensuring Monthly Statutory compliances like PF, ESI, PT & TDS are paid & returns are filled within timelines.> Gratuity is paid outside payroll, hence compute Gratuity payments as per HR inputs & get it processed to the employees in timely manner & within Gratuity Act TAT.> Prepare MIS reports for monthly review with Management / leadership team & posting of Salary, FFS & other related entries.> Responsible to prepare forecast and variance report with reasons for variances.> Work along with other team members to ensure monthly activities are smoothly completed.
