About Deepak Loganathan
With over a decade of experience at Freshworks, I have transitioned from a developer to a SaaS product manager early in my career and found my love for crafting delightful customer experiences. As one of the first platform product managers, I successfully built and launched FreshID, our Identity and Access Management solution, as well as Forms as a Service.Since 2018, I have focused on marketing and sales products, leading the AI-powered marketing automation platform from the ground up. My deep passion and expertise in the CRM domain fuel my excitement about how AI is revolutionizing the marketing and sales landscape.
