Oversee the complete lifecycle of POS Patrol hardware and software, including complex installations, system configurations, and routine preventive maintenance across multiple high-security checkpoints. Provide real-time L1/L2 troubleshooting and technical support to security and operations teams, significantly reducing system downtime and maintaining 24/7 operational continuity. Act as the primary technical liaison between DIAL officials, airport security staff, and backend engineering teams to streamline issue resolution and coordinate seamless system upgrades. Ensure 100% adherence to strict airport security protocols and SOPs, maintaining high standards of data integrity and audit readiness. Manage system health through consistent log monitoring, patch management, and firmware updates to preemptively identify and resolve potential points of failure.
