Act as the primary point of contact for all mobile-related activities within the organization- Project Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobile app features, managing timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure successful on-time releases. Ensure alignment with product requirements, maintaining a focus on delivering seamless user experiences- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of 8 members, including Backend, Frontend, and QA engineers, to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with overall product goals- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure adherence to Agile principles, optimizing team productivity, and addressing any roadblocks- Workload Optimization & Task Allocation: Strategically assign tasks to team members based on expertise and capacity, ensuring balanced workloads, efficient resource utilization, and timely project delivery- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitating communication and coordination across the teams and other stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders regarding mobile development updates, risks, timelines, and mitigation strategies. Provide clear and concise reporting on project status and deliverables- Process Improvement & Best Practices: Collaborate with team leads to identify areas for improvement in development workflows and implement best practices, ensuring efficiency and the successful delivery of projects.
