My journey began in IT infrastructure, where I built a strong foundation in user support, system management, and technical problem-solving, and evolved into a passion for cybersecurity and ethical hacking.As a Desktop Support Technician, I provide comprehensive technical support for end-users and systems, ensuring smooth IT operations. My responsibilities include managing Windows 10/11 devices, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policies, and performing server maintenance tasks. I also handle VPN setups, remote support, and CCTV administration, including configuring IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitoring feeds to maintain secure and reliable infrastructure.Alongside IT support, I actively pursue cybersecurity. I am CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certified and participate in bug bounty programs on platforms like Bugcrowd and HackerOne, responsibly identifying and reporting vulnerabilities such as XSS, IDOR, CSRF, and other security flaws.I continuously enhance my skills through TryHackMe, Hack The Box, and Bugcrowd University, practicing penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, reconnaissance, and secure configuration of systems. My technical toolkit includes Burp Suite, Wireshark, John the Ripper, Nmap, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit, Recon-ng, and both Windows and Linux environments.I strongly believe IT support and cybersecurity go hand-in-hand — reliability and security must coexist.
