I am a Senior HR Business Partner with over 15 years of experience partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams and strong workplace cultures within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and engineering organizations. My work focuses on enabling leaders to make confident people decisions while ensuring employees feel supported, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals. I bring experience across people leader coaching, employee relations, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives supporting organizations of 800–1,200+ employees. Over the years, I have worked closely with leadership teams to: • Enable people leaders to effectively manage performance, engagement, and employee relations • Drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness in complex global environments • Translate employee insights and people data into actionable improvements • Lead HR support during organizational transitions, restructuring, and divestitures • Strengthen employee experience and engagement programs. In my current role at Carrier Global, I support the engineering organization within a Global Capability Center environment, partnering with leadership teams on workforce strategy, employee experience initiatives, and HR transformation programs. Previously at Honeywell, I led HR initiatives across multiple locations supporting over 1,200 employees, improving engagement outcomes and enabling leaders during organizational change.
