I am currently working at the FCA as a Senior Product Owner in the End User Computing Product Group, and am responsible for managing services like SharePoint, O365, MS Teams and Exchange and for shaping the Product Group roadmap.Some of the key Projects I have delivered includes the implementation and roll out of the organisation’s Intranet site and document management repository both built on SharePoint, and the roll out of MS Teams across the organisation to support remote workingOn a day to day basis I am managing the Product Group Backlog, which involves prioritising, allocation of tasks, sprint management and constant refinement to ensure alignment with business needsI also manage the DevOps Function, driving product development, promoting automation and Agile methodologies.I have built strong relationship with Business Stakeholders to promote our services and to ensure that their key needs and requirements are understoodI am also coaching Junior Product Owners as we look to build the team.Previously I was the FCA Environments Manager. I was brought in to help establish a newly formed Environments Management Team which will be responsible for the management of the non-production estate. I defined the Strategy for the team and have established an implementation roadmap to take us from our current issues to the desired end state. This role has allowed me to work with several areas across IS/PMG to establish Test Environments principles, processes and standards which will form the basis of the team for years to come. Previously, I have had experience of setting up an Online Environments Management Team as part of a multi-million Online Programme at Sainsbury’s. This included recruiting and managing an Offshore Team, establishing and implementing working processes, Stakeholder Management and working alongside the Project Teams to understand their requirements and ensure delivery
