RESPONSIBILITIESS Handling the team of 40 Tele-Callers. Responsible for the collections of Bucket 0,1 & 2 & NPA Portfolio. Responsible for the collections Through Digital mode NACH for Pan India Location Monitoring the state wise collections through NACH. Responsible for handling the escalations received from Field collections team & C Care team. Managing Cash in Transit (Collections)Payment collected through field team & end to end Deposition process & their reconciliation. Track control the delinquency of the area (Bucket DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters. Managing Partner Channel Collections & Dealership Collections Co-ordination team. Taking care of NPA Portfolio with NPA Management team along with co-ordination of OEA & Calling team. Allocate work to the Calling executives and ensure that all the agencies in the location perform as per definedSLA. • Ensure that there is adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise /bucket-wise/ segment-wise and obtaindaily updates from all calling executives on delinquent portfolio initiate detailed account level review of accounts.
