Experience of certification in L5 (M&N) category vehicle, Including – CMVR verification, VEL tests( Tell tale AIS 071, AIS 134 etc.), AED tests( Dyno test –Motor power, EMC test, 30 min power, Range, Water test, Coast down, Energy consumption), SHL tests( Light installation, Reflective tape, Rear view mirror installation, Wiping area, Anti theft, Horn installation) and other dynamic tests on track( Max speed, speedometer, pass by noise, steering efforts, flood test, Brake test).• Represented our Prototypes in AUTO EXPO 2023• Vehicle performance tests using instruments – Traction battery energy consumption, brake performance, braking distance and others.• Experience of using testing software Imc FAMOS.• Knowledge about EV Power train of L5M & L5N category vehicles (Motor, controller, DC-DC converter and others components, wiring harness).• Knowledge about AIS and IS standards required for L5M & L5N category vehicle\'s certificate.• Prepare BOM for vehicles, Vendor management.
