Inventory Management- Monitor inventory levels and flow to minimize stockouts and overstock situations. Ensure that goods are properly labeled and organized within the facility.3. Team Supervision- Manage and lead a team of warehouse workers, operators, and other staff members involved in the cross-docking process. Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure a safe working environment.4. Quality Control- Implement quality control procedures to inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.5. Safety Compliance- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries within the cross-docking facility.6. Communication- Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments, suppliers, and transportation partners to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.7. Performance Metrics- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cross-docking, such as throughput, on-time deliveries, and accuracy, and implement improvements based on data analysis.8. Training- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.10. Audit- Conduct 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
