As a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial services space, I have donned multiple hats of an investment banker, lender, investor, B2B sales head and more importantly helped build many businesses from zero.Currently, as the business head of kaleidofin\'s Risk Infrastructure Platform, I am helping NBFCs and Banks transform their risk and business outcomes. We use AI/ML and sophisticated statistical techniques, that offer tech enabled seamless solution across various asset classes of Microfinance, women entrepreneurs, micro and nano entrepreneurs and asset finance (vehicle and mortgages). Today at kaleidofin we are underwriting over applications amounting to ~ INR 100 crores per day, all across India.In my last assignment, as CBO and Co-founder, I led the ideation to scale up of the NBFC - UC Inclusive Credit to a INR 300 cr AUM firm with disbursements of over INR 700 cr across 100 companies. An exciting journey of building the business from scratch – from getting the NBFC license to a full fledged operating company brimming with team, culture and exciting investee companies. We incubated this NBFC within Unitus Capital, an impact focused investment Bank. At UC, I led various equity and debt fund raise transactions for inclusive companies in the areas of financial inclusion, education, healthcare, cleantech, agriculture and women empowerment. Start of my career was a with a mainstream debt investment bank, Darashaw, where I helped many Corporates, Munis and Public Sector Undertakings raise various forms of debt and structured capital. I was also introduced to Urban infrastructure financing/ Muni bonds which opened up a whole new perspective on policy advocacy to enable Munis access debt capital markets combining government assistance, third party guarantee and private capital to deliver projects.Graduated in management from Symbiosis Center for Management and Human Resources Development (SCMHRD) and a graduation degree in Finance from University of Delhi.Core strengths: Fund raising through equity/ debt and structured products; Corporate finance; Impact investing; Technology transformation in business and risk, Team management; Strategy; policies and process development.

I also drive the new product roadmap basis the evolving business environment and client requirements. More importantly, I consider myself an evangelist who believes that our clients belonging to the informal sector, deserve better given the advancements in technology, ability to capture data and use of sophisticated data science techniques.
