As a Experienced EHS executive with highly valuable experience in Electronic manufacturing industry although we are responsible for:(1) Maintain Fire Detector System, Fire Pump, Hose reel, Sprinkler system, Smoke, Heat & Beam Detector, Fire hydrant & Fire extinguisher.(2) Conducting Fire & safety training programs for employee and contractors workforce.(3) Attending any emergency call regarding fire and safety incident throughout the plant.(4) Ensuring safe system of work and identifying various hazards and risks.(5) Conducting area wise internal audits & rectifying the unsafe conditions/ practices.(6) Monthly inspection of ABC, CO2, type extinguisher & Contractors tools inspection.(7) Fire prevention audit, Nc closure, daily risk area audit, thermography report etc.(8) Organizing & Conducting the safety committee meeting.(9) Conducting the active & reactive monitoring of manufacturing activities for preventing the future abnormalities.(10) Coordination in Daily meeting, weekly safety meeting & Monthly MRM and showcase of the work.(11) Conducting the in-house Fire safety audit & regular follow up & Reminders regarding closure of NC.(12) Machine Safety inspection as per norms & handling of hazards substance.(13) Conducting the fire Drill, Mock Drill as per norms & creating the awareness regarding the emergency preparedness & procedures.(14) Accident investigation, Risk analysis and suggesting the countermeasure plan to prevent similar type of accident.(15) Ensure review of safe work system of work through permit to work.
