Verifying the dividend booked correctly by cross checking the parameters like Dividend rate/Ex-date/Record date/Pay date with Bloomberg.Performing pre NAV check and final activity,making sure all the exceptions resolved before the funds signoff.Contact with client in case of any updates and changes in funtionality of processing.Team handling and preparing work allocation.Update process change tracker and esclation matrix on timly manner.Prepare and update the standard opearting procedures (SOP) for various funds groups.Prepare Escalation matrix and query tracker.Ensuring wotk should be done as per SLA ( Service level agreement).Provide all the relevent documents for internal and external audit to the auditiors.Fund addition and deletion.Arrange and give training to new joiner.
