As a Supply Chain Manager, I lead and manage end-to-end operations across the supply chain network, with a strong focus on CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) management, warehouse oversight, transportation optimization, and vendor development. My role involves ensuring that CFA operations run smoothly and in full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. I oversee warehouse management functions, including inventory control, storage optimization, timely dispatch, and seamless coordination of goods movement.A core part of my responsibility includes reviewing and validating sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment. I also handle reverse logistics and sales returns, aiming to minimize loss and streamline operational efficiency. With a keen focus on cost control, I strategically plan transportation routes and optimize vehicle utilization to achieve maximum efficiency while reducing freight costs. My initiatives have led to noticeable improvements in delivery timelines and overall service levels.In addition to operational oversight, I actively manage financial and legal aspects of the supply chain function. I prepare and maintain agreements related to CFA operations, warehouse facilities, transportation, and courier services. I also ensure adherence to financial compliance and statutory obligations while developing monthly cost budgets and financial provisions. To drive continuous improvement, I generate and analyze comprehensive MIS reports that track key performance indicators and operational metrics.Vendor and partner management are other key areas of my role. I’m responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing dependable vendors and CFA partners to strengthen our supply chain ecosystem. I focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and results-driven operational environment.
