Managing Copack Operation of 1200 MT capacity.Responsible for Smooth functioning of Co pack In all aspect Like quality, Quantity, Efficiency, Delivery, Productivity and cost. Responsible for Erection and commissioning for New plant and machinery at co pack site.Responsible for Production Planning as per sales order.Responsible for RM/PM availability at site for Minimum 30-40 days as per sales forecast.Responsible for RM/PM Efficiencies & yields as per BOM on daily basis.Ensure RM/PM, online process and FG quality as per HALDIRAM’S directions.Ensure RM/PM Reconciliation on daily and monthly Basis.Ensure FG Delivery as per sales order and maintain minimum 85% OTIF ( 48Hrs)Responsible for Timely update to Co pack officials regarding Haldiram’s policies.Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives.Coordinate, set up and implemented SOP for all production operations.Ensuring that Health and safety guidelines are followed.Ensuring that a strong GMP culture is maintaining on shop floor. Making area associates responsible for area hygiene.
