Performing initial diagnosis for Windows server and Network issues and accordingly contacting resolver team if it’s not solved on First level diagnosis. Reboot server as first level diagnosis in order to reduce incident counts if it’s needed. Arrange Bridge call for effective Co-ordination, incident resolution and server restoration. Making sure that the changes tested and are successful in test environment before they go into production. Ensuring the rollback plan is in place. Maintain change control activities for Network Vendor maintenance to ensure timely completion and documentation as per ITIL Life Cycle. Verification and validation of RFC (Request for change) Perform RCA (Root cause analysis) if possible before assigning back case to Problem management team. Follow Global Service Restoration Management process.Preparing weekly and monthly change reports and maintenance calendar.
