As a Finance graduate and ACCA Affiliate, I possess a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting standards, and IFRS. I was awarded the President Gold Medal for securing First Rank in B.Com (Hons.)(2018–2021) at GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.I have professional experience as an Assurance Consultant at EY (GDS), where I supported engagements across the MENA region, particularly in capital markets and IFRS-based financial reporting environments. My work involved preparation and review of audit working papers, financial statements under IFRS, and performing quality reviews to ensure compliance with reporting standards.I have hands-on exposure to core audit areas including Revenue & Receivables, Trade Payables, Inventory, Property, Plant & Equipment (PPE), Payroll, and financial statement disclosures. I have also applied data analytics in audit procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk assessment.Beyond traditional finance roles, I am deeply interested in process optimization and automation within finance functions. I actively explore ways to integrate data analytics and AI-driven automation to improve audit quality, reporting efficiency, and commercial decision-making.My long-term focus remains in finance, accounting, and capital markets, with a strong inclination toward leveraging technology to build smarter financial systems.
